We want you to feel good about your purchase. If a workbook isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no complicated questions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for every order. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or
• Email us at hello@selfhelpforbeginners.com and we'll help you through it.

When you'll see the money back

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Digital delivery note

Because the workbooks are digital PDFs delivered instantly, we ask that you delete any downloaded copies once your refund is issued. Full details are in Paddle's Refund Policy.
